Shipping - Standard Delivery

For Local shipping:

Ship by SF after confirmed payment 

5-7 days tracking of local shipping

Free shipment when purchase over HKD 1000


For China shipping:

Ship by SF after confirmed payment. 

7 -15 days tracking of China shipping, depends on location.

Free shipment when purchase over HKD 1000


For Overseas shipping:

Ship by HK Post / SF Express/ Fedex / DHL after confirmed payment

10-20 days tracking of Oversea shipping, depends on location.

Return & Exchange Policy

When making exchanges, please bear in mind that:

- Any items exchanged must be in the same condition in which you received them.

- We only accept size exchange within 7 working days, and customers have to bear the shipment fee for item return. For local customers, any returns are only allowed at our HK store - The Pulse .

- For reasons of hygiene, swimwear, lingerie and underwear items may not be exchanged.

Pre-order Policy 

To enhance our brand’s efficiency, we now offer a pre-ordering system for all of our products. If you’d like to secure a product that is not currently in stock, please place your order as per normal and we will make the arrangements. 


Please kindly note, dates are not guaranteed as delays may occur, mainly due to fabric sourcing & shipment held by customs. Your product will be shipped within 2-3 weeks, depending on our internal shipment process.


SISLAND is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to pre-order an item. Please bear in mind that we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of sizing or cancellations. However, we will keep you updated when your pre-order items are available for shipping!


  • 退貨時需把相關贈品一併退回,貨品要保持完好包裝。

  • 七天貨品退換保証適用於網上購物及任何在 Sisland 購買的貨品。

  • 所有於 Sisland 網店或零售店售出之貨品,均須親臨分店自行換貨。



  • 為保障每位客户的權益,下列情況或產品恕不接受退換服務:

  • 貸品已超過指定收貨期7天。

  • 產品已經開封或曾被使用(例如:包裝膠紙、盒被撕去已被開)。

  • 產品未能保持完好包裝、已被受破壞、損毀或不完整。 

  • 任何顯示不接受退貨的折扣產品、清貨產品或特賣產品。 

  • 未能提供 Sisland 發出之有效發票。

  • 任何免費贈品,附件及禮品。

  • 凡顧客收到的貨品或貨品數量與訂單不符,可於7天內通知本店,我們將核實訂單。




**客人在購物時繳付的5%手續費,是給 PAYPAL 或信用卡公司收取的,並非本店額外收費,因此退款是以實際退款金額退費**





  • 凡本公司提供的禮品及試用裝之質素一概不承擔任何責任及不提供更換服務。

  • 另本公司不會就錯誤或不當使用產品而引至任何問題承擔任何責任。 


如任何爭議, Sisland 保留最終決定權不得議異。
